Anastasia Zhukova
Certified fitness trainer with over 10 years of experience, an expert in training, nutrition, and building healthy habits. Author of her own nutrition and training system and creator of an AI personal support platform.
I help women and men build a nutrition and physical activity system that helps them maintain a lean physique, strength, muscle mass, and well-being not for just a few weeks, but for many years.
In my work, I combine three main areas: nutrition, strength training, and lifestyle. I pay special attention to the changes that occur in the female body after the age of 30–40, when familiar ways of controlling weight and maintaining fitness often stop producing the same results.
My Professional Experience
My journey in fitness began long before it became my profession.
For more than 12 years, strength training has been part of my own life. I progressed from a classic gym to many years of CrossFit training and gained extensive practical experience working with strength loads.
For more than 10 years, I have worked in the fitness industry and created training programs that take into account a person’s age, fitness level, lifestyle, and individual goals.
Over the years, I have worked with women and men of different ages and fitness levels—from people who are just starting out to those for whom sport has long been part of life.
My task is not to make a person adapt their entire life to nutrition and training. On the contrary: it is to create a system that can be integrated into real life and followed for a long time.
My Specialization
The main areas of my work are:
- strength training for women 30+;
- maintaining and developing muscle mass with age;
- reducing fat mass and changing body composition;
- low-carbohydrate nutrition;
- intermittent eating patterns;
- building sustainable eating habits;
- creating personalized training programs;
- returning to activity after long breaks from physical exercise;
- sleep, stress, and recovery;
- the impact of nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle on women’s well-being during different stages of life.
I am convinced that after the age of 30–40, working on the body should not be reduced solely to the number on the scales.
Muscle mass, strength, mobility, nutrition quality, sleep, and the body’s ability to recover become no less important indicators than weight.
That is why my goal is not simply to help a person lose weight, but to create the conditions for maintaining a strong, functional body, energy, and a high quality of life with age.
My Approach to Nutrition
For many years, I have studied and applied in practice the principles of low-carbohydrate nutrition and intermittent eating patterns.
At the same time, I do not view nutrition as a set of prohibitions or a short-term diet.
To me, nutrition is a system that should take into account a person’s lifestyle, goals, physical activity, food preferences, and ability to follow the chosen approach over the long term.
That is why in my work I focus not only on the number of calories or the ratio of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, but also on food quality, sufficient protein intake, the structure of the diet, and the development of eating habits.
Why Strength Training Holds a Special Place in My System
With age, maintaining muscle mass becomes one of the key tasks.
That is why strength exercises form the foundation of my training programs.
I am not an advocate of training simply to burn the maximum number of calories. To me, training is an investment in a body that should remain strong and functional in 10, 20, and 30 years.
A good training program should help develop strength and muscle mass, support mobility, and at the same time match a person’s current fitness level.
Why I Created My Own Platform
Over the years of my work, I have noticed one recurring problem.
A person may know that they need to eat properly and exercise, but the greatest difficulties begin in everyday life:
- What should I cook today?
- How much do I need to eat?
- How do I create a menu?
- Which workout should I do?
- What exercise can I replace it with?
- What should I do if my weight has plateaued?
- How do I avoid giving up after two weeks?
That is why I decided to combine my system, knowledge, and practical experience with the capabilities of artificial intelligence.
That is how my platform came about—a space where nutrition, training, and daily support are united in one system.
Inside the platform, users can receive personalized nutrition recommendations, create menus, get workouts tailored to their goals, and use an AI assistant for daily support.
My goal is to make a personalized approach to nutrition and training available not only during a consultation with a trainer, but every day.
How the Materials on This Website Are Created
All articles on the website are created for educational purposes and cover training, nutrition, recovery, healthy habits, and lifestyle.
When preparing materials, I rely on my professional and practical experience, as well as current scientific data and recommendations from relevant organizations.
In materials addressing health, physiology, and age-related changes, I strive to distinguish scientifically confirmed data from personal experience and practical observations.
As new data emerges, the website materials may be reviewed and updated.
Each article lists its author and publication date, and when the material is substantially updated, the date of the latest update is also provided.
My Philosophy
I do not believe in perfect nutrition, punishing workouts, or the need to fight against your own body throughout your life.
I believe in a system.
In nutrition that can be followed.
In workouts that make the body stronger.
In muscle mass as an investment in the future.
In habits that work not for 21 days, but for years.
And in technology that should not replace people, but help them make more mindful decisions every day.
My goal is not simply to help a person change their body today, but to create a system that will help preserve health, strength, energy, and quality of life for many years.
